In the calm before the metaphorical storm of Christmas (and any upcoming snow storms that might be arriving) we would like to wish the best of the season to you and yours. We have had a wonderful year of music making, and we would like to take a moment to appreciate and acknowledge you, our audience members. We thank you for your support, enthusiasm and encouragement, and we look forward to more entertaining times together in 2017!
If you would like one more concert before the end of the calendar year, please come join us at the Marigold Cultural Centre on Thursday, December 15th at 7:30pm.
Tickets are available on the Marigold Cultural Centre’s website:
Thank you again for all your support and we look forward to seeing you at the first Passport Series concert of 2017, January 29th at St. Paul’s Anglican church in Charlottetown!
Just a quick note if you are planning on coming to the ASM ‘Old World meets New World’concert on Monday, October 12th: the concert is at 7:30pm, not 3:30pm as shows up on our Facebook event on some web browsers.
And what are we Thankful for today? We’re thankful for our violist, Jeffrey Bazett-Jones, who comes over to PEI from Moncton to rehearse and perform with us. We’re so lucky to have such a great player and wonderful sound (and a quirky personality!) joining our fledgling ensemble.
Hope to see you all on Monday night – enjoy your turkey dinner and then come on out to St. Paul’s to listen to the concert at 7:30pm!

Hi everyone –
And thank you to those of you who made it out to our first afternoon concert, last Sunday, July 19th at the Haviland Club. It was a great chance for us to experiment with performing in the afternoon (which has a different vibe to it!) as well as a wonderful opportunity to revisit the music that we enjoyed performing in June to our sold out house!
We have lots of plans upcoming:
August 28th – we are excited to be part of the Classic Music Reignited Series, produced by Rob Oakie, which will include Vishten and the Atlantic String Machine playing Stephane Grappelli and Edith Piaf at the Watermark Theatre in Rustico, PEI. Tickets are available online, by phone (902 963 3963) or at the door for $25 plus tax
For more information, contact The Watermark Theatre!
August 29th – we will be performing a house concert at Harrington House at Rice Point (http://www.harringtonhousecanada.com/) – email email@example.com for more information and to reserve tickets.
There are a few concert plans in the works for September and October – we will keep you posted as details emerge!
Sean, Karen, Jeffrey, Natalie and Louis
Thank you so much to all of you who made it out to the sold out performance at the Haviland Club on June 20! It was an exciting evening, full of many surprises!
And for those of you who unfortunately missed out, there will be an encore performance on July 19th at the Haviland Club at 2:30pm and you can reserve your tickets in advance the following ways:
– email firstname.lastname@example.org
– call Sean at (902) 394-2579
We would love to see you there, and from past experience the tickets will go quickly, so you might want to reserve ahead!
We are both happy and sad to say that our upcoming Saturday night concert, June 20th at the Haviland Club, is sold out as of today, Wednesday, June 17th.
If you called or emailed ahead to book your tickets, those tickets will be waiting at the door in an envelope under your name. All pre-booked tickets must be picked up by 7:30pm at the latest, after which point they will be released to the general public. Depending on whether booked tickets are picked up, there may be a few tickets available at the door.
For those of you who wanted to attend this concert but will not be able to, there will be an added concert: Sunday, July 19th at 2:30pm at the Haviland Club with the same showcase programme.
Thank you everyone for your support!
Many thanks to all of you who came out to hear our concert last night at St. Paul’s Anglican; it was so wonderful to see the church filled with audience members and feel your energy! All of us on stage were so pleased to put this program together for you; some new repertoire and some old favourites from the week before the Haviland Club.
We are currently checking datebooks and concert locations for our next concert and will keep you posted when we find a suitable date! Currently thinking somewhere in mid – June…
Hi everyone! We are so looking forward to this weekend’s concert at St. Paul’s Anglican church. The program will be a little bit different from the one presented last weekend at The Haviland Club, but will also include a few favourites from that evening. Plan on coming out and hopefully celebrating the return of spring weather and some beautiful music!
